Before we left for Chuck E Cheese, Cayman DID NOT want to take his underwear off and put a diaper on. So I just put his diaper on over his undies and off we went. I just knew that he was going to poop or totally wet his undies while we were there. But he never came and told us. When we got home however, his undies and diaper were a little damp. So he didn't make it all the way through, and he didn't recognize the wet feeling to tell us to change him. He wore a diaper through nap time, woke up, went on the potty again, and went back to undies. He made it all the way to 8pm before he had an accident... I guess sitting on the floor (not the carpet, thankfully) playing with his legos was a little too distracting for him. I walk past him one time and smelled the ominous odor, and then I spotted the little puddle beneath him. He hadn't said one word to us about being wet. I think he's just too smart for his own britches and knows that if he tells us he's gone or has to go that we're going to make him stop what he's doing and go to the potty or go change his clothes. Tomorrow will be another busy day, so I'm sure he'll get distracted again. But that's ok because for the majority of our day today, he was in dry undies! My little guy is growing up way too fast!
So there you have it. We survived Cayman's first day in undies! Now on to day 2!

OK..First of all, Cayman is too stinkin' cute in his new big boy undies! I love it! And second of all, Asher used to have those same undies! And third of all, I'm so proud of him (well, not as proud of you, of course, but still proud) for being such a big boy yesterday with his undies and potty! He's going to be a pro in no time! How is Charis sleeping now?
