[/caption]Today I spent a lot of time doing laundry! We had a ton of loads to do. Surprisingly all but one got folded. Usually I just have a mound of clean laundry waiting to be folded and put away. (Hey, it's clean, right?) But today, I just put my mind to it and got it done...well, mostly done! I may get to it a little later - who knows!? In between folding and washing, I had fun playing with my sweet kiddos! Charis has been waking up at 6:30 to eat (NOT a fan of being up before the sun...) but that also means she sleeps late (because she goes right back to sleep after that feeding.) So this morning, I got some one-on-one time with Cayman before Charis woke up. We snuggled in mommy's bed watching Boo-a! The rest of the morning, Cayman stayed busy with his truck and choo-choo train. He is ALL about choo choo trains right now, especially this one little Tonka train. He seems attached to it sometimes like he's attached to Boo. (Ok, maybe not THAT strong of an attraction...but choo choo train isn't far from Cayman at all times.) He also had fun falling onto the couch from the armrest. He'd count, "8 - 9 - 10 - 8 - 9 - 10 GO!" and then fall on the couch. He's hilarious.

After supper tonight, we decided to walk to the park in our complex. Since Charis experienced her first swing ride the other night at the playground, I thought I'd see how she liked the slide. HATED IT. She refused to put her bottom on that slide -- she'd lock her legs up so tight that I couldn't even force her to sit down. It was so funny.

[/caption]But then Ian put her in his lap, and they followed Cayman down the twisty slide. She didn't cry that time...I wouldn't say she necessarily enjoyed it...but she didn't cry! Cayman, of course, had to push the stroller. (We suggest that every night we go out walking so that he'll get worn out before bed! :)) Then Cayman started riding, and Ian and I started exercising - speed-walking around the complex for a little while.
