We brought in the New Year tonight. 2011. Here's hoping the first 6 hours of 2011 aren't as bad as the last 6 hours of 2010!
Charis has been miserably sick since about noon today. Poor thing. Her fever reached 103.5 around 7pm. I called the on-call doctor. She said to give her Tylenol and Motrin. Get her fever down so that she'll feel like eating. Her fever came down, but her nose is pretty yucky, which means little sleep for Cariboo! And mommy and daddy too! Oh well!
We were thankful that we got to spend one last afternoon/night with Kim (and Branden too!) Kim is moving up to Jacksonville tomorrow to go to school. We sure are going to miss her and her sweet self! We have enjoyed getting to know those two over the past 7 months! We'll miss you Kim!!!
Cayman got to see a few fireworks this evening. A neighbor was shooting off some big pretty fireworks at the end of his driveway. They were really loud but very pretty! And Cayman LOVES fireworks, so he had a great time watching them and was sad to see them end!
