Cayman has gotten very used to being in the water. In fact, during one of our last visits, he actually swam unassisted for the first time in his life. He started by doing the alligator crawl in the shallow end with his face under the water. Then he started kicking his feet while doing the alligator crawl. Finally he started moving his arms and kicking his feet at the same time! It has been so exciting for me to see him progress since that very first swimming lesson (when he REFUSED to get in the water) to swimming all by himself! I'm so proud of my little man! (Note: Sorry I'm yelling right in the camera's microphone...we were right near one of the water features, and it's really hard to hear at the pool, so I was having to yell at Cayman! And, right after I turned the camera off, Cayman jumped up and said, "I actually moved that time!" Haha!)
Keep up with our family as we strive to be Christlike to one another and everyone we encounter on our journey we call "life."

The Pool
We have been going to the pool quite a bit already this summer! It's a little bit of a drive (20 minutes or so) but it is OH.SO.WORTH IT! :) We talked Ian into going with us Sunday afternoon, and even though the water was a tiny bit chilly, we all had a great time! We are going later on this afternoon, and it will be our first time going when it is extremely warm! (In the 90s here today!!) So I'm sure it will be relaxing (and not a chore) to get in the water with the kids.
