Mena's Visit

(*Note* It has been way too long since I've posted. But we have been EXTREMELY busy! We have had so much fun, but it's so nice to have a little breather and actually get to document what all we've been up to!)

A few weeks ago, Mena came for a visit. We had so much fun! Charis especially loved all the extra "nuggle" time she received. As much as Mama loves nuggle time, I can't nuggle all the time! (Nuggle is one of my new favorite words...I tend to accidentally use it instead of "snuggle." I love that my big girl is talking so much!!) One night, we drove to Rescue, VA to try out a restaurant that Mena had seen on "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" - a show that comes on Food Network that features popular family owned type restaurants. The restaurant wasn't anything to write home about, but the atmosphere and scenery were pleasant! After dinner, we surprised the kids (mainly Cayman because Charis was a little young to get it) with tickets to the circus! We had a great evening and a fun time with Mena!
