Today for lunch, some new friends came over on their way home to Richmond. They have been in the OBX all week on vacation, and they drove through Elizabeth City to stop by and see us! The DeVriendts have two children - Jonah (three) and Alice (one) - just like us! Cayman and Jonah hit it off right away. I have never seen Cayman play so well with a new friend! The boys played in Cayman's room for a long time - so quietly - but both, oh so busy!
We ended our visit with an impromptu dance party, and it was absolutely hilarious. Cayman had some competition - Jonah was a fabulous dancer as well! And Alice, well, let's just say that when she gets completely steady on her new walking feet, she will be quite the dancer as well.
