Our sweet Callie is 3 weeks old! (Nov. 28)
She still loves her sleep, hates her baths, and enjoys all her yummy food. ;)
She sleeps swaddled up. She's been spitting up quite a bit (kind of like her sister...but without all the gagging/choking, thankfully!) Hmm...what else...she's almost outgrowing her newborn clothes. And I'm almost out of newborn diapers, so she'll start wearing size one pretty soon. We've been going on walks this past week, despite the cold, and the girls love riding together in our new double stroller. Well, I'm sure Callie has no idea what we're doing, but at least she doesn't scream the whole time. :)

Funny story about the two last pictures...
Callie wore this outfit to church for our community service following Thanksgiving Day. It was a family event, so the kids were all in the service with us. Cayman has done this a few times with us before, and he loves it. He does really well entertaining himself with legos or matchbox cars to keep quiet. Charis, on the other hand, has just discovered the art of whispering, and she is definitely no pro at it yet. ;) She doesn't really entertain herself quietly...ever....not that she should be very good at that at the age of 2. But anyways. Just a few funny stories during our church service that day....
Cayman, while sitting on the floor, moved his boot across the floor. It sounded like he had pooted. Charis, while sitting on my lap, heard the noise too. She looked at me with a huge smile on her face, and said *loudly* "YOU POOTED!!!" I couldn't help but just die laughing, which I'm sure made me look like the guilty party to everyone sitting around us (who turned around to look and laugh at my cute little two year old.) :) It was hilarious.
They were walking the microphone around the room for people to share about different reasons they were thankful, ways that God had worked in their life, etc. The woman sitting in front of us stood up to get the microphone and started telling a story. Charis looked at me and said, "Welllll.... I'm gonna get that microphone and I'm gonna sing in it!!!"
Ian stood up one time because he wanted to share something. Another man was standing right next time, sharing his story in the microphone, so Ian just stood up beside him, waiting his turn, but also needed to rock Callie a little because she started getting a little fussy. While he was holding her, (and standing RIGHT beside the man with the mic), Callie started EXPLODING in her diaper. It was loud. It lasted forever. And it definitely STUNK! Yet again. We gave everyone sitting in the 2-3 rows around us a reason to laugh during a serious service! :)
I can't stop laughing!
