Charis Walks... everywhere! And all the time!!

Our baby girl is a walking machine! She definitely gets around much quicker with her quirky crawl. But...she loves to walk and is so proud of herself when she makes it from point A to point B on her feet.

Here are some other pictures of things that have been going on in the Moody household!

Cayman and Charis enjoyed playing with the felt shapes together one night.

Charis started throwing up and showing other signs of having a slight milk allergy when I tried her on whole milk. So I told the doctor about it, and she suggested Lactaid. As you can see, there's a semi-full sippy cup right beside the carton! She's refusing it now too. So today, I bought her almond milk (again, recommended by the doctor.) Surprise, surprise! She threw her sippy cup down when I tried to give it to her! What is it with my children and milk? Oh wait...I guess they're like their mama...who to this day, cannot drink plain white milk. Chocolate milk is OK. White milk is fine in cereal. But do not make drink a glass, or even a sip, of white milk. Cayman loves chocolate milk. But I tried to sneak him some of the lactaid, just to finish the container, and he said, "Dat is yucky, mama. I don't want dat."

Center time! Cayman stringing little wooden beads from Aunt Judy...

Why, oh why, did I throw all those formula containers away!? I covered the very last one and it now stores all of Cayman's squishy balls and beanbags for our "Tossing Center." It's a little difficult to make it in the formula container, but he likes it nonetheless. (Charis does too...she gets the balls out of the container when Cayman gets them in there!)

  1. Thank you for the updates, Aly! I only looked for them three times yesterday, and the third time, I "struck gold".

    Love to all of you,
    Mena
