Trick or Treat!

This morning we got all dressed up in our Halloween costumes (ok not we, but they) and went up to Chick-fil-A to eat breakfast with Daddy! Look at my handsome firefighter and my beautiful ladybug! Aren't they so cute!

When we got back from Chick-fil-A, Cayman asked to go feed the ducks. He absolutely loves feeding the ducks. Today we received quite a surprise though! In addition to the usual crowd of white ducks (not sure about the technical name) and mallards, there was a large gander of Canadian geese at our pond! We got to feed a whole slew of flying animals this morning. Of course, Cayman's favorite part of feeding the ducks is running around and chasing them back into the pond.

Here they come! They come running/flying when they
hear Cayman scream, "DUCKS!!! We have old bread for you!"

Our new friends

Charis and the mallards

"Hi duck!"

"Here go, Duck"

These goose was hissing at Cayman...not sure
if that's a friendly hiss, as in "Thank you for the
food" or a mean hiss, as in "Step away little boy-
you're in my personal bubble!"

Cayman isn't nearly as close to the goose as the
picture looks! :)

Fly home, goose!
I'm sure I will have more pictures this evening when we go to our church's "Candyrama." Hopefully (fingers crossed!!) Ian will get to go with us so he can help me avoid all the "I want a piece of candy" meltdowns we are sure to experience this evening! :)
