Family Pictures

This afternoon, (ok....yesterday afternoon...I wrote this last night but couldn't add the picture from my phone and decided to go to bed instead of getting out of bed and going back to the computer to finish the post!) we had the best time having Christmas pictures taken of our sweet little family by the wonderful and talented (and wonderfully talented) Sheena Bean! We had SO MUCH FUN tromping through this field to take photos. Cayman said, "Why are we walking through this stuff?" Sometimes the grass completely covered him, not to even mention Charis. They both insisted on being carried anytime we had to walk through the thick grass. And I am oh so glad that I purchased tall boots yesterday for the fall. They were desperately needed today!

I'm so glad that the kids know and are comfortable with Sheena. (We sure do love the Beans - we're in small group together, they were apart of our First 100 at the store, we do playgroups, etc. etc.) She was able to get Miss Cranky Pants to smile a few times. Cayman on the other hand acted like a supermodel. He did AH-MAZING today. I can hardly wait to see some of the shots she got of Cayman. Ok. Let's be honest. I really can't wait to see ALL OF THE SHOTS SHE GOT TODAY! I will only post one on my blog - the first one she sent to me. If the rest are half this good, I think I will be very pleased to have some of these photos gracing the walls of our new home!
