So, the week before our store opened, Grammy and Big Al offered to watch the kids for us for the week so we could have a week alone and I have the opportunity to help Ian whenever he needed it! Man were we ever thankful!!! This was the first time that we have been apart from our sweet babies for an entire week, and while I definitely missed them... I'm not gonna lie (and I may risk my good-mom standing in someone's eyes) it was nice to have a week with my honey! Not only did I get to work at the store some, run errands for him, meet our employees, be a part of meetings, luncheons, and dinners, but Ian and I also got some quality time together before the busiest season of our lives to date! We are so thankful for the family God has given us - they have all been so supportive during this time of our lives. But if we must be truly honest...I'm not sure who had more fun that week - my kids or my parents! Every time I spoke to them, they were doing this or doing that, going somewhere, eating who knows what! I'm glad that my kids get to have as much fun with my parents as I had with them growing up. :) Here are some of the pictures that my mom sent me from her phone during that week. (If she ever learns how to emails me the pictures from her camera, I will add those too!) :)

| and swinging (sideways) in the park |

And finally, for making (and eating) Big Al's yummy Chicken and Dumplings! |

| While the kids are away, the parents will play! |
