POPCORN!

Tonight we pooped popped (actual typo...had to leave it in there for laughs...) popcorn! I'm not talking about in the microwave, people! I'm talking about the BEST way to pop popcorn...on the stove! I think it was Cayman's first time. Ian and I fell in love with non-microwaved popcorn a couple of years ago when a friend gave us a popcorn kit for Christmas. We haven't had it in quite some time though. Cayman LOVES popcorn though, so I thought he'd enjoy the experience! I was right. What I didn't expect was how much Charis was going to love it! That girl flat out ate some popcorn.... (One piece at a time, chewing, chewing, chewing so she wouldn't choke.) So yummy! And so much fun!

Waiting for the oil to heat up. (They stood here
all of 2 minutes. I waited the rest of the time.) 

A minute after this picture was taken, Cayman pooted.
I said, "Cayman, did you poot?" Cayman: "Yep! That was me!"

Waiting for the first kernel to pop. 

"Mommy, which bowl is mine?" was Cayman's
question when he saw this. I'm telling you -
the boy loves some popcorn.

"uh, can't you see I'm eating here?"
