Garrett and Harper are spending the week with us here at Grammy's house. I can't wait to document the laughs we get, especially from Harper and Cayman. So far, here's what I have to offer.
Harper was telling us about what all she did while they were at their Nana and Papa's house (Allison's parents - Gail and Jim - down in Cape Coral.) She told us that she got to swim with her cousin, Nick. Jason said, "Oh yeah - you tried to kiss Nick, didn't you?" "Yes," Harper replied. "And I tried to ride him like a unicorn."
I called Cayman to talk to him on the phone while I was in Peachtree City with Ian. Our conversation went like this:
Me: Hey Cayman! What are you doing?
Cayman: What are you doing?
Me: I'm just talking to you on the phone. What are you doing?
Cayman: I playing on da ipad! I talking to you and waiting.
Me: What are you waiting for?
Cayman: I waiting on you to hang up!
We had to meet Jason and Allison today because they were bringing Ian something that he left in Augusta. So when we met them at the gas station to receive the goods, I said, "I wasn't ready to leave just yet, so I decided to ride with Ian to meet y'all." Allison said, "I don't blame you." I said, "That bad back home, huh?" She looked at me, hesitated for a second, then said, "Your daughter is extremely loud. MAR- MA! Is all we heard...and you're right - she says it for anything and everything!"
oh my goodness....i laughed forever after reading this post! thanks for sharing the joy! :)
