Some more of our friends from Raleigh were just given their own Chick-fil-A. Reid and Ian worked together in Raleigh at a CFA there. We became good friends with Reid and his wife Jamie. They have been traveling on the road with the IM program (like we did with CFA). But Reid just got back from FRL (training for operators) and next month they will be moving to MINNESOTA to open a brand new store right down the street from the Mall of America. Pretty cool, huh?? They stopped by to see us one last time before moving up north. We had the eat weekend. The weather was perfect, and the kids had a blast together!! Charis and Emory hit it off from the very start. Last year when we saw them once, Emory hung around Cayman the whole time. But this year Charis and Emory were attached at the hip. (Cayman was off tying knots on his rope. I will save that for another post! Haha!)
On Saturday, some of our mutual friends came for the day from Greenville, NC. They too have their own CFA there. Oh my goodness. What a special day!! We all had so much fun catching up and letting all of our kids play together!! The men took the kids out on the boat. We also got to go to the pool for a while. It was just a perfect day! Wow, have things changed since we all first met 5 years ago!!!
