If you've been keeping up with our blog, you have probably heard stories about the Tates MANY times! Andrew and Annette were our very first EC friends. We met them before Ian even became the operator of our Chick-fil-A when we toured EC on a site visit. They helped us tremendously in getting settled, helping us find a house, doctors, everything really! Our kids bonded from the very start, especially Isaiah and Charis! (Well Charis is absolutely crazy about him, and Isaiah is so very sweet to her - he has NEVER acted like she was annoying him in the least little bit!)
The Tates have moved away from Elizabeth City :( It was time for them to move on and serve the Lord in other capacities. I can hardly imagine what life in EC will be like without them! To me, EC=the Tates because they've just been there from the very beginning with us! Thankfully we have made more friends since moving there, but it was hard for me to think about them leaving.
At least all of their belongings are still in storage in EC, so they have to come back at some point!
