I've spent a few hours today trying to figure out this whole wordpress thing. It's a little bit confusing to say the least. I think my wonderful iWeb has pretty much catered to me with creating a website. So bare with me until I pick this up!
We had a great day today. Ian needed us to do the delivery to the preschool again today. So we got ready and jumped in the van and headed on over to the mall. Cayman has fallen in love with this book he got for Christmas. It's one of those books that you press the button on the side and it makes a noise. This one is about the Wonder Pets rescuing a baby elephant. Last night, I read the book to Cayman, and he followed my finger as I read the words, and pressed the correct button that corresponded to the picture. Today, Ian made a comment that Cayman couldn't name animals if you showed him a picture of one. So I made Ian read that book to Cayman. Cayman correctly pointed out a turtle, elephant, hamster, and duck. And then Ian said tonight that during bedtime prayers, Cayman was telling him that he had helicopters and trucks on his pajamas. So I guess Cayman showed him! :)
Oh yeah. After making the delivery, we stopped by our friend's house to return her crockpot. She invited us in to play and eat lunch. So Cayman got to play with Kaci and Carson for a little while. And then Kara fed us yummy baked ziti! It was a nice little impromptu play/lunch date! Kara got their exersaucer out for Charis to play in. We were all sitting at the table, Charis was playing and watching the kids with her fingers in her mouth, and then I saw her start gagging. I think she gagged herself with her fingers. But I had time to run over there, cup my hands under her mouth (you get used to this routine after awhile!), and then she threw up all in my hands! Poor thing. But I can't really teach her how to not gag herself!
